Our client approached us to design a family holiday home in a bushveld estate in the Bela Bela area in Limpopo. They wanted a modern farm style vibe with the social spaces and bedrooms all living outward to spend long idyllic summer afternoons and evenings as a family around the boma and in the pool.

Facade Features
The Concept Design.
A modern farm-style family home with brick, timber and steel sheeting facade for warmth and texture. Wrap-around porches and a chimney for each bedroom as a nod to the old farm houses of South Africa.

Floor Plan Design.
.We designed a central open-plan living and dining space with 2 wings on either side. One containing bedrooms and bathrooms, the other containing the kitchen, scullery and garage. The central living space and bedrooms lead out onto the patio, pool area and boma.
