Our client approached us to design a block of flats for residential use in Silverton, Pretoria. The aim was to maximise occupancy while still keeping construction costs as low as possible.

Facade Features
The Concept Design.
The concept design for Jasmine Place was based on a previously approved architectural design by another architecture firm. We updated the layout according to new building standards and municipal regulations.
Floor Plan Design.
The floor plan design for the block of flats consists of bachelor units as well as 2-bedroom units. The 2 bedroom units each have one bathroom, a living space, and a kitchen area.
